Fees for One-on-One Coaching

My fees range from $120  to $200 per hour (see Services).  You are required to sign and return the Coaching Agreement which will be emailed to you at the time of booking.  Payment is required for each program in advance via credit card  If you miss any scheduled appointment and do not notify me 24 business hours prior, you will forfeit that session’s fee. So if your appointment is on a Monday, you would need to cancel it no later than the Friday before during business hours to avoid the loss. I ask that you promptly reschedule to maintain the integrity of the program.

Please note that coaching is an ongoing process. For transformational results, I encourage you to consider a partnership that lasts 3 to 12 months with 3 sessions per month.  Results are a matter of your choices and actions.  Should you decide to withdraw from coaching, only the unused sessions will be refunded.

Ask your accountant whether fees for coaching can be tax deductible.

Procedure

Clients are expected to call (or arrive) on time and have emailed a pre-session form 24 hours prior to the appointment.  Please come to the session ready to discuss progress (aka “wins”) and current challenges as well as what particular areas you’d like coaching on and the goal of the session.  If you call/arrive late, you simply forfeit the minutes you’ve missed and after 20 minutes, I consider you a “no-show” and the session forfeited (unless we have specifically communicated otherwise).  You will email your post-session form within 24 hours. These forms apply to all programs.

Preparation

Before each session, please spend the time to contemplate your pre-session form. The prep form needs to be emailed to me at least 24 hours before each call. Remember that the coaching session is to help you address many life issues or specific issues, all of which can be better considered if we are both prepared for the session.

Appointment Changes

Clients give a minimum of 24 business hours notice of any changes to their appointments. Your commitment and punctuality in making the coaching work are vital to your success. I will say that commitment is one of the key factors to help you generate change.

Problems

I want you to be satisfied with coaching or training and our partnership. If I ever say anything that upsets you or you do not feel right, please bring it to my attention during the session. I will, however, often say things that will make you feel uncomfortable because we are drawing your attention to the things in your life that are not working for you. When a person begins to realize their strategies are not working, they naturally get uncomfortable. That feeling is often an indicator that the strategies need to change.

Championing

One of the aims of coaching is to help you reinvent parts of your life while taking new actions and revising strategies that have become redundant. This is something I have done many times successfully in my own life as well as what I have been doing for years with clients.  In developing and running my own business, it is also something I am continually doing as a wellness entrepreneur.

I promise to champion you and your changes without judgement and with optimism and support. Take your life in your hands now as you set out to shape it in a way to fulfil your needs and dreams.

Confidentiality

Clients are guaranteed absolute confidentiality and all my paper records are destroyed three years after the termination of the coaching.
