Tantra Coaching Couples
COACHING HONORS THE CLIENT AS THE EXPERT IN THEIR LIFE AND WORK AND BELIEVES THAT EVERY INDIVIDUAL IS CREATIVE, RESOURCEFUL, AND WHOLE.
Each month, couples will receive 2 individual 45-minute coaching sessions and a 1-hour joint session, for a total of 15 sessions. This method allows each partner to attain their own insight and awareness and share it with each other through guided masterful communication. Couples are then inspired and playful in their chosen actions, leading to transformational results. Sessions are conducted over the phone and in person.
Vancouver area clients have the option of in-person appointments. They may enhance the coaching program with mind/body/spirit relaxation practices (e.g., Tantra massage, guided meditation, Chakra [energy] work, and breathing exercises).

Tantra Training
FOR COUPLES WHO WISH TO ENHANCE THEIR INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP AND LIVES THROUGH THE EXPLORATION OF SACRED SEXUALITY, I OFFER TANTRA TRAINING.
In the Tantra Training Program, you will be led through practices that assist in awakening and expanding your conscious connection with your self (mind, body, spirit) and your partner, as well as studying sacred sexuality. (Hint: My homework assignments are the best!) The core elements of Tantra philosophy and practices are presented in a practical and modern way, using language and exercises that students at any level of physical health can connect with and practice. The training allows you to “get it” and use it in your everyday (sex) life.
Workshops
Tantra Workshops are offered at Levels 1, 2, and 3. Couples must complete one before moving on to the next.
Couples participating in the Tantric 6 workshops may gain greater self-awareness, cultivate the ability to relax deeply, increase individual sexual energy and enhance their intimate relationship, communication skills, confidence, satisfaction, and joy.
