Coaching:
Each month, couples will receive 2 individual 45-minute coaching sessions and a 1-hour joint session, for a total of 15 sessions. This method allows each partner to attain their own insight and awareness and share it with each other through guided masterful communication. Couples are then inspired and playful in their chosen actions, leading to transformational results. Sessions are conducted over the phone and in person.

Vancouver area clients have the option of in-person appointments. They may choose to enhance the coaching program with mind/body/spirit relaxation practices (Swedish massage, guided meditation, Chakra [energy] work, and breathing exercises).

Training:
In the Tantra Training Program, you will be led through practices that assist in awakening and expanding your conscious connection with your self (mind, body, spirit) and your partner and studying sacred sexuality. (hint: my homework assignments are the best!) The core elements of Tantra philosophy and practices are presented in a practical and modern way, using language and exercises that students at any level of physical health can connect with and practice. The training allows you to “get it” and use it in your everyday (sex) life.
3-Month Training Programs

Please note: While the content of this program revolves around an ancient spiritual philosophy that addresses sexual and erotic practices, it is a learning-centred program and is not intended for “adult entertainment purposes.” In my role as a teacher, I welcome students’ authentic self-expression and intimate exploration. However, the tantric sex practices are intended to be shared with your partner. This program is for couples. Tantra Workshops are offered at Levels 1, 2, and 3. Couples must complete one before moving on to the next.
Couples participating in the Tantric 6 workshops may gain greater self-awareness, cultivate the ability to relax deeply, increase individual sexual energy and enhance their intimate relationship, communication skills, confidence, satisfaction, and joy.
